These skill lines are unlocked by traveling to an AvA (Alliance vs. Alliance) area such as Cyrodiil or Battlegrounds, which you can do after reaching character level 10. Although each Title covers 2 Ranks (or 2 Grades within each Title), to keep the table less cumbersome I'm highlighting points at which your title changes or you unlock Alliance War Skills:

The Alliance War's two Skill Lines, Assault & Support, are detailed below. All the damage numbers and costs are without attribute points placed, without equipment, without other skills and without champion points; this was done to compare skills easier without concern for other gear/build differences. It should also be noted that values reflect the ability and/or morph once it is fully trained which sometimes differs from earlier costs, durations, or damage values.


Assault Skill Line

Required Skill Level Skill Name Benefit Cost
1 Rapid Maneuver
Radius: 20 meters
Grants you and your group Major Expedition (increasing Movement Speed by 30%), Major Gallop (increasing Mounted Speed by 30%) and immunity to snares and immobilizations. The effects last for 30 seconds or until you cast any spell on an enemy or ally. 8100 Stamina
Morph Option 1 Retreating Maneuver Also removes any snares or immobilizations that were already applied. 8100 Stamina
Morph Option 2 Charging Maneuver When the effect ends you then gain Minor Expedition (increases Movement Speed by 10%) for 8 seconds. 8100 Stamina
3 Continuous Attack Increases Weapon Damage by 5% and Stamina Recovery by 10% as well as Spell Damage by 5% and Magicka Recovery by 10% for 10 minutes after you capture a Lumber Mill, Farm, Mine, or Keep. Passive
4 War Horn
Radius: 20 meters
Increase Max Magicka and Max Stamina by 10% for you and nearby allies and gain Minor Toughness (increases your own Max Health by 10%). All effects last for 30 seconds. 250 Ultimate
Morph Option 1 Aggressive Horn For the first 9.5 seconds, you and your allies also gain Major Force (increasing Critical Damage done by 15%). 250 Ultimate
Morph Option 2 Sturdy Horn Increases the duration to 39 seconds and also grants you and your allies Minor Resolve (increases Physical Resistance by 1320) and Minor Ward (increases Spell Resistance by 1320) for the duration. 250 Ultimate
5 Reach While near a Keep, increase the range of any ability that has a range of greater than 15 meters by an additional 2 meters. Passive
5 Vigor
Radius: 10 meters
You & nearby allies heal for 1104 Health over 5 seconds. 3511 Stamina
Morph Option 1 Echoing Vigor Increases the radius from 10 meters to 15 meters. 3511 Stamina
Morph Option 2 Resolving Vigor Heals you for more (1470 Health over 5 seconds). 3511 Stamina

Assault Skill Line

6 Caltrops
Range: 28 meters
Radius: 8 meters
An exploding ball of caltrops scatter over the target area, dealing 171 Physical Damage every 1 second and reducing Movement Speed by 30% for 12 seconds. 3511 Stamina
Morph Option 1 Anti-Cavalry Caltrops Increases the duration to 14 seconds and also rapidly drains the Mount Stamina of any enemy in the area. 3511 Stamina
Morph Option 2 Razor Caltrops When the ball intially explodes it also deals an immediate Physical Damage and reduces Movement Speed of enemies hit by 70% for 3 seconds. 3511 Stamina
7 Magicka Detonation
Range: 28 meters
Radius: 8 meters
Curse an enemy to explode after 4 seconds, dealing 576 Magic Damage to all enemies in the area. Each enemy within the bomb's radius increases the damage by 25% up to a max of 250% increased damage. (cast time: 1.8 seconds) 4050 Magicka
Morph Option 1 Inevitable Detonation If the bomb is dispelled or removed early, the explosion is instead triggered immediately. 4050 Magicka
Morph Option 2 Proximity Detonation Removes the cast time and is centered on yourself, but waits 8 seconds to detonate. 4050 Magicka
8 Combat Frenzy Generate 10 Ultimate when you kill an enemy player. Passive
9 Continuous Attack II Increases Weapon Damage by 10% and Stamina Recovery by 20% as well as Spell Damage by 10% and Magicka Recovery by 20% for 10 minutes after you capture a Lumber Mill, Farm, Mine, or Keep. Passive
? Reach II While near a Keep, increase the range of any ability that has a range of greater than 15 meters by an additional 5 meters. Passive
10? Combat Frenzy II Generate 20 Ultimate when you kill an enemy player. Passive

Support Skill Line

A protective sphere over your location reduces damage from siege weapons by 35% for 20 seconds. 9450 Magicka
Morph Option 1 Siege Weapon Shield Also protects allied siege weapons, reducing damage from enemy siege weapons by 90%. 9450 Magicka
Morph Option 2 Propelling Shield Reduces the cost and also increases the range of abilities with a range greater than 20 meters by an additional 7 meters. 8496 Magicka
3 Magicka Aid Each Support ability slotted boosts Magicka Recovery 5%. Passive
4 Purge
Radius: 18 meters
Cleanse yourself and your group, removing 2 negative effects and reducing the duration of any further negative effects by 50% for 6 seconds. 8100 Magicka
Morph Option 1 Efficient Purge Significantly reduces the cost. 5131 Magicka
Morph Option 2 Cleanse If a negative effect is removed, the target is also healed for 18% of their Max Health. 8100 Magicka
5 Combat Medic Increases your healing done by 10% if near a Keep. Passive
5 Guard
Range: 15 meters
Create a lifebond between you and an allied player. While bonded, 30% of the damage they take is instead redistributed to you. The bond will remain until you recast the spell or move outside its range. 4320 Stamina
Morph Option 1 Mystic Guard You and your bonded ally also gain Minor Vitality (increases healing received by 8%). 4051 Stamina
Morph Option 2 Stalwart Guard You and your bonded ally also gain Minor Force (increases Critical Strike Damage by 10%). 4051 Stamina
6 Barrier
Radius: 12 meters
Protect yourself and nearby allies for 30 seconds with wards that each absorb up to 4101 damage. 200 Ultimate
Morph Option 1 Reviving Barrier Each ward also heals 3066 Health over 30 seconds. 200 Ultimate
Morph Option 2 Replenishing Barrier Reduces the protection to 3979 damage but also restores you with 6 Ultimate and 122 Magicka each time a ward dissolves. 200 Ultimate
7 Revealing Flare
Range: 30 meters
Radius: 10 meters
Reveal stealthed and invisible enemies in the target area. Exposed enemies have Movement Speed reduced by 50% and cannot return to stealth or invisibility for 3 seconds. 1889 Magicka
Morph Option 1 Lingering Flare The flare remains for 8 seconds, also exposing enemies that enter the area. 1889 Magicka
Morph Option 2 Scorching Flare Enemies who are exposed also suffer 2223 Flame Damage over 3 seconds. 1889 Magicka
8 Battle Resurrection Reduces the time it takes to resurrect another player by 15% while in a PvP area. Passive
9? Magicka Aid II Each Support ability slotted boosts Magicka Recovery 10%. Passive
? Combat Medic II Increases your healing done by 20% if near a Keep. Passive
10? Battle Resurrection II Reduces the time it takes to resurrect another player by 30% while in a PvP area. Passive
