All the following damage numbers and costs are without attribute points placed, without equipment, without other skills and without champion points; this was done to compare skills easier without concern for other gear/build differences. It should also be noted that values reflect the ability and/or morph once it is fully trained which sometimes differs from earlier costs, durations, or damage values.

Morph Option 1 Crushing Shock Enemies hit while casting are also interrupted, set off balance, and stunned for 3 seconds. 2700 Magicka
Morph Option 2 Force Pulse Deals more elemental damage (248 instead of 224) and hits up to 2 nearby enemies with 310 Magic Damage if they were already afflicted with Burning, Chilled, or Concussed status effects. 2700 Magicka
4 Wall of Elements

Create an elemental barrier before you, dealing enemies in the area 198 Magic Damage every 1 second for 6 seconds and applying an elemental-based effect: Wall of Fire deals extra damage to Burning enemies, Wall of Storms sets Concussed enemies Off Balance, Wall of Frost reduces movement speed & immobilizes Chilled enemies. 3510 Magicka
Morph Option 1 Unstable Wall

When the wall expires, it also explodes for 318 Magic Damage. 3240 Magicka
Morph Option 2 Elemental Blockade Increases the barrier's duration from 6 seconds to 8 seconds. 3262 Magicka
5 Tri Focus Flame Heavy Attacks deal 6% more damage. Shock Heavy Attacks hit nearby enemies for 50% of the damage to the main target (no longer increased by modifiers). Frost Heavy Attacks taunt the enemy to attack you for 15 seconds and grant a shield which absorbs 349 damage.

Also, whenever a frost staff is equipped, blocking consumes magicka instead of stamina.

10 Penetrating Magic Destruction Staff abilities bypass 5% of enemy's Spell Resistance Passive
14 Destructive Touch
(range: 17 meters)
Deals 477 Magic Damage instantly and 610 Magic Damage over 8 seconds. Also applies a status effect based on the destruction staff's element: Flame Touch knocks back, Shock Touch stuns, or Frost Touch immobilizes. 4050 Magicka
Morph Option 1 Destructive Clench Flame Clench also deals damage over time. Shock Clench also damages nearby enemies. Frost Clench immobilizes for longer. 3802 Magicka
Morph Option 2 Destructive Reach Increases the range from 17 meters to 28 meters. 3802 Magicka
17 Penetrating Magic II Destruction Staff spells bypass 10% of enemy's Spell Resistance. Passive
20 Weakness to Elements

Afflicts with Major Breach (reduces Spell Resistance by 5280) for 21 seconds (24 seconds when morphed). 0 Magicka
Morph Option 1 Elemental Susceptibility Any damage you deal to the enemy resets the effect's duration. 0 Magicka
Morph Option 2 Elemental Drain Also afflicts with Minor Magickasteal (restores 300 Magicka per second while damaging that enemy). 0 Magicka
25 Elemental Force Increase the chance of applying Burning, Chilled, or Concussion status effects by 50% if a destruction staff is equipped. Passive
28 Ancient Knowledge A frost staff increases damage you block by 10% and reduces the cost of blocking by 15%. A flame staff increases damage from single-target abilities by 4%. A lightning staff increases damage from Area of Effect abilities by 4%. Passive
30 Elemental Force II Increase the chance of applying Burning, Chilled, or Concussion status effects by 100% if a destruction staff is equipped. Passive
34 Tri Focus II Flame Heavy Attacks deal 12% more damage. Shock Heavy Attacks hit nearby enemies for 100% of the damage to the main target (no longer increased by modifiers). Frost Heavy Attacks taunt the enemy to attack you for 15 seconds and grant a shield which absorbs 699 damage.

Also, whenever a frost staff is equipped, blocking consumes magicka instead of stamina.

Morph Option 1 Elemental Ring Target a location up to 28 meters away as the center of damage instead of centered upon yourself. 3240 Magicka
Morph Option 2 Pulsar Also afflicts with Minor Mangle (reduces Max Health by 10%) for 33 seconds. 3240 Magicka
41 Destruction Expert Restores 1800 Magicka when a Destruction Staff ability kills. Passive
46 Ancient Knowledge II A frost staff increases damage you block by 20% and reduces the cost of blocking by 30%. A flame staff increases damage from single-target abilities by 8%. A lightning staff increases damage from Area of Effect abilities by 8%. Passive
50 Destruction Expert II Restores 3600 Magicka when a Destruction Staff ability kills. Passive
50 Elemental Storm
(range: 28 meters)
Create a storm with a 10 meter radius that builds over 2 seconds then deals 696 Magic Damage every 1 second for 7 seconds. 250 Ultimate
Morph Option 1 Elemental Rage Increases the damage to 801 Magic Damage and also adds an elemental effect: a flame staff deals 10% additional damage; a lightning staff increases the duration by 2 seconds; a frost staff immobilizes affected targets for 3 seconds. 250 Ultimate
Morph Option 2 Eye of the Storm Storm is instead cast above you and follows wherever you move. 250 Ultimate
